To be a laboratory for performing and visual artists,
of all genres.

To involve the complex Venice community of artists,
as well as those of the City of Los Angeles at large.

To attract artists from elsewhere in the United States
and internationally in order to expand and inspire
our local visual and performing artists.

And, to be a home for world ecological change.

To be a focal point for joining forces worldwide
to change society to a sustainable ecological system.
