RENT ELECTRIC LODGE

Electric Lodge is available to rent for theatrical productions, dance performances, classes and workshops, film shoots, conferences, parties and receptions, and more! If you are interested in renting our space, please fill out the Rental Questionnaire below, or click on a rental space to see photos and more information.

Rental prices may vary based on rental space, rental length, type of event, technical or staffing requirements, and other factors. We aim to build an affordable quote that works for your unique needs!

KELMAN THEATER

A 99-seat black-box theater with a 17'x24' stage. Includes a standard theatrical lighting grid, sound system, projector and screen, and attached dressing rooms.​

Perfect for theatrical productions, dance performances, staged readings, and more.

DANCE STUDIO

A 27'x41' Dance Studio with an oak floor, high ceilings, a wall of full length mirrors, and simple sound system. Can easily be transformed into a performance space or reception hall.

Perfect for dance and movement classes, private dance rehearsals, parties and receptions, and more.

YOFFE CLASSROOM

A 22'x22' classroom space with a flexible lay-out. Acting blocks of varied sizes available.

Perfect for small classes, music lessons, support groups, and intimate performances or open mics.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES INCLUDE

  • 35-spot parking lot that is FREE for all renters and guests of Electric Lodge

  • Lobby area perfect for hosting pre-show or post-show receptions

  • Kitchen with an industrial oven range, fridge/freezer, and food storage area

  • Basement storage space for props, costumes, or other materials​

  • Selection of folding chairs, tables, dishes and silverware, and other event equipment
